Fan Controller support for MSI X99a SLI PLUS

Just wondering where the fan controller port is in the MOBO above, having a bad time trying to do this build atm https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/scXzhq

Also are there only 2 usb 2.0 connectors to this mobo, because I cannot see anymore. Also couldn't see it in the manual

What fan controller port? Just use the cpu_fan/sys_fan headers.

And that board has two internal USB 2.0 headers. Both support two USB ports.

The case comes with a fan controller and I was just wondering if it connects to the mother board directly, as the fans connect through it.

Plug it in the sys_fan header. You wont be able to control them individually via BIOS, it will just be seen as one fan.
