Fan controller with fan hub?

I have 7 case fans hooked to a 10 port fan hub. Is there a way to connect that to a 5 fan front panel controller?

You will need a Y splitter . The spilter will control two fans from one channel but both runs at the same speed.

So 2 fans to each splitter and each splitter too the front panel controller? Will i need to gind one with a certain amount of watts per plug or will it matter?

Check your output per channel on your fan controller. Some have enough wattage to power one fan only.
