Is a radiator fan and a psu enough to cool a whole system? My motherboard only has two system fan connectors which will be occupied by the liquid cooler.

Solution
You can easily plug in extra case fans into the power supply itself. Look for fan headers to Molex adapters etc.

I wouldn't recommend not having case fans going air flow into and out of the case is very beneficial. Not needed but it will help temps pretty well. But as long as the CPU is cooled the system will run. As long as the motherboard isn't super hot which it shouldn't. Really depends on ambient temps. I'd still recommend getting your case fans hooked up via power supply.
