fan CPU laptop

When I I play some of my games .when the game is loading and in the lobby my laptop fan spins fast .but when I'm in game it lsows down is that normal or is it bad

It just means that during those times your CPU utilization is probably very high, so your laptop is producing a lot of heat and the fan is speeding up in response.

This can become a problem if your laptop gets too much dust in it and the fan becomes ineffective. But it sounds like your fan is doing what it's supposed to do.

If I were in your shoes, I'd interested in my CPU/GPU temp readings, and then the game's FPS which tells me whether it's throttling.
