Fan expert will install with AI Suite but it won't open comes up with some kind of program I'd problem

Fan expert stopped opening and shows the fault(server execution failed,ProgID: ) then under that Line it says asusFanControlService.FanControlManger

Run it as Administrator. Right click the program and select "Run as Administrator".
