[SOLVED] Fan heavy noise

I've recently bought a used video card, GTX 1080 MSI Sea Hawk X (https://www.msi.com//Graphics-card/GeForce-GTX-1080-SEA-HAWK-X). It has an external 120mm fan, which produces a lot of noise and spins awkwardly. Also, the fan blades feel a bit wobbly. It is currently connected to CHA_FAN1. More on the video below:

If you can wiggle the center of the fan its not a good sign. The bearings went bad i think.
Well those are kind of risks that you take when buying an used.

According To this Link (CLICKABLE) it uses standard 120mm radiator fan, soo its quite easily replaceable.

Guys, your answers arent relevant to the way the fan works on the seahawk. It uses normal 120mm radiator fan which goes into a fan header on the motherboard fyi.

It wasn’t like that from the start. It has started to rattle since I changed the card to the old one and back. Yes, I can wiggle it a bit and I have a spare fan.
Also prior to noise I had reset bios settings to default, don’t know if that could be a issue.

I've turned my PC on and for some reason, it's stopped to produce noise. Also, it's spinning just fine now. What?

Eventually I changed the fan and everything's been working well ever since, no noise.
