Fan Hub Help

I'm currently working on my first PC build and everything was going fine until I ran into this problem with my fan hub: I don't know how to install it. I have the Thermaltake Commander FX - 10 Port fan hub because my itx motherboard only supports one case fan. The problem is the hub is powered by a SATA cable, which it didn't come with, and also I don't know where to connect that cable once I get one. Thanks for any help.

The fan hub doesn't have to come with SATA power cable because the SATA power cable coming from the PSU connects directly into the HUB.
