Fan hub questions

Lets say I were to use this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811999309) fan hub, would I still be able to control the fans speed if they were PWM?

And what about this: http://www.xoxide.com/phobyay-cable4pin-pwm30cm-black.html ?

yes but using either of those all the fans connected will be told to run at the same speed

unlike a fan controller where you could individually adjust each fan
