Fan installation question

i have a arctic f9 fan its has a 4pin male connection and 4 pin female and 3 pin female

and i have another fan that came with my after markert cpu cooler, thats a 4pin female

if i connect the arctic f9 4 pin female to mobo and the 4 pin male to my other fan that has 4 pin female and the 3 pin female on the arctic fan to a molex cable that a 3 pin male connection and then the molax 4 pin to psu , will this cause my fans to run off psu and run at full speed?

it will most likely burn on the fan control circuit on the board. It would be like plugging a molex from the PSU directly into the fan header on the board. They both put out voltage...
