Fan installation question

Hi, I'm building my pc, it's my first build!

My case have 5 fans, but my mobo has only 3 system fan ports on it. It has 2 cpu fan ports though..in one I attached my 212 evo cooler, can I attach a case fan to the second cpu fan port or it may cause some issue? The fans (arctic 120mm fan) have 3 pin.

I don't have a molex -> 3 pin adaptor right now to connect them to my cs650m psu..

You could attach one to the extra cpu fan header yes.You could even use one of these to connect two fans,
