Fan LED staying on.

Hi all, whenever I turn off my computer, (I have a glass side panel), the LED Fan I have, (Some Rosewill One), will stay on no matter what I do unless I unplug it from the MOBO, I have even unplugged my PSU from the wall, and completely removed it, but the LED will stay dimly lit, not as bright as when my computer is on. But since I keep my computer in my room, its a pain when sleeping. I really need help. I have some magical LEDs xD

I recommend you move out of the house from Paranormal Activity, lol. Just replace it with another fan. What is the connector on your fan? Molex or 4-3pin?
