Apologies i have no clue where this is best situated in the forum but considering its running on windows 10 Its here.
I recently upgraded parts of my PC (eventually all of it)
New CPU, MOBO, PSU, Case, Cooler and Fans.
OK so i shutdown through the Windows > Shutdown not pressing the actual button. The shutdown process shows, then the monitors turn off saying no signal, and the Hard Drives, Fans (GPU, Case, CPU), and power light are all still on. Attempted shutting down via CMD too.
I've gone through every instance of this issue i've been able to find online and still have this issue, the fast startup is unchecked, tested using one RAM stick instead of both (tried both of them alone), tested RAM sticks in all slots, together or alone. I've reset the CMOS and unplugged monitors, and ive tried looking through the BIOS and nothing stands out there.
Only way to stop them is to cut the power i.e switch on the PSU or outlet. Also holding down the power button for a few seconds.
Specs are as follows:
Windows 10
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
16GBs (forgot what ram)
EDIT: Ram: Kingston kvr21n15s8/8 DDR4
EDIT:
Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 Gaming X ATX AM4
Power Supply: Silverstone Gold S V2 850W
Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
