Question Fan making rattling noise and wont surpass 150 rpm

Hello,
Today i was just playing a game on my laptop and my computer froze and crashed. So i started it up again and when i turned my CPU fan was rattling and wont go above 100 rpm and it is making a crunch noise
My fans can reach a max rpm on 8000 but while gaming they stay between 3000, 5000.
Laptop brand: MSI
