Fan making soft rattling noise?

Hello, I've been looking at every post but none has really helped me, so I decided to make this post.

Recently I cleaned out my PC with compressed air and after that I rehooked up my computer and turned it on and I heard in the back (I guess the chasis fan (it has one fan towards where you hook up the computer and going inside is another fan)? With this, I hear a soft rattling and knocking noise after cleaning it out.

My computer is around 6-7 months old and when it's idle it stays around 28-32 Fahrenheit. Since the rattling noise, it has not changed the condition of the speed of the fan nor how cool it keeps the CPU.

Is the fan screwed in tightly?

@EcoMCG Yes, when I heard the rattling I reopened my computer and looked at the fan but could see no outer problems with it but I figured it might be the screws so I tried to tighten them, they were already tightened well.

What brand is the case fan. Or did it come with the case?

@EcoMCG It's the case fan, I don't know what brand it is, and I didn't see a name on the side of it when I was checking it.
