Fan not fitting

I recently bought a Zalman z11 plus hf1 case for my build. It came with 3 120mm fans and 2 80mm fans and I bought a corsair af140 quiet edition for more cooling. With that, I have a Asus m5a97 2.0 and I just noticed that on the motherboard there's only 4 pin fan connectors but some of the fans are 3 pin and some of them are really big 4 pin that can't fit. I want them to work but I don't know what to do because they don't fit in my mobo. Please help!
