Fan not working after cleaning

Hi I just cleaned my computer because it was rather dusty and now my cpu fan doesn't work. I don't know how I managed to do that when all I did was remove dust from the interior. Is there anything I can do to get everything running normally again?

is it still plugged in? and how did you clean it?

Make sure the cable is still connected to the CPU fan header.
