Fan Not Working

Hi guys please help me out ! i have this case http://www.zebronics.net/Zeb_War_Hawk.asp ! It has a fan on its sides ! and in the fan there are 4 lights ! but one of the light is not working ! Please help me to fix it !

If it's new enough, RMA it and tell them one of the fan LEDs is broken. If it's too old for that, figure out what LED is used, buy one and replace the light.

A third option is to just replace the fan.
