Question Fan not working

My fan is not working. And somehow, it only works in BIOS.

Are all of your fan headers plugged in? Is it getting power from the PSU?

I am pretty sure they are plugged in. And I don't really know what PSU is though, sorry, I'm not to good at these things. TT
