Fan of AMD 7850 at max speed and will not slow

Using msi afterburner my fan speed of my amd 7850 is pegged at 100%. Even in AMD overdrive it says its at 55% speed but in msi afterburner its reading max rpm. Please help.

I figured it out, i messed around with the 6 pin plug and it works now. Idk why this happened
