Fan off PSU

Hi,

A current build I have only has a single fan header (fan is placed at the top of the tower for the cpu) however I'd like to add a second to cover the GPU.

I've read about plugging a fan into the PSU with a molex adapter. However, I'd like some opinions or maybe a direct source to the items I would need to make this happen. An easy fan control would help as well so its not on at 100%).

If anyone can help with a cheap solution it would be greatly appreciated.

Relevant PC parts are as follows;

MOBO - MSI - B250M PRO-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
PSU - Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
CASE - Zalman - ZM-T4 MicroATX Mini Tower Case

Exactly that yes. The case is particularly small so would like the extra fan.

Is it just a matter of plug that splitter in and and apply a second fan?
I take the PWM regards to the 4 pins? If so, will both fans be controlled?

Currently looking at these.

Fan
Splitter

Thanks.

Yes PWM = 4 pins, and thus they'll both be controlled at variable speeds (but I think the motherboard will run them both at the same speed, as it only sees the one connector, so it sends like 50% power on idle, or 100% if it thinks it needs it)
And it's as simple as plugging the two fans into it and then it into the motherboard.

And that splitter and that fan look like fine choices.
