Fan placement for Corsair 200r

I just ordered two extra fans for my case and I wanted some advice on where to put them. Here's some pictures of my build for reference.

front / bottom / side: intake
rear / top: exhaust

I would instal one bottom or side as intake
one as exhaust top (rear position top)

as to side or bottom - try both and see what gives you better temps

The side gets really hot because it's right in front of the GPU heat sink, would that pose a problem if I put an intake fan in front of it?

depends on the space between the GPU and the side panel
it can potentially cool the GPU -- in my old case when installing the side intake the GPU ran about 4-5°C cooler
but it shouldn't touch it of course and there should be enough room.

generally 2nd intakes are mounted bottom
