Fan Placement for Thermaltake versa N24

so I just rebuilt my computer into a versa n24 case. First time ever doing it, I ordered 2 120mm asia horse fans and placed them on the front blowing out. I just ordered 2 more 120mm fans (same brand) because I can place 2 more on top. when I started my computer yesterday I noticed the rear fan that came with the case looks like its struggling, I thought it was broke but now im wondering if the 2 fans on the front have anything to do with this. so to make a long story short wich way should I place my fans? should I have the two front ones blowing into the case? and also what should I do with the top ones?

Since hot air rises, case airflow rule of thumb is: front & bottom - intake; top & rear - exhaust.
In other words:
front: 2x 120/140mm - intake
top: 2x 120mm - exhaust
rear: 1x 120mm - exhaust
