fan problems on HP G6

I keep getting a message about fan problems on my HP G6 AMD A8-4500 laptop. What is this? Is this a recall item by hP? what should I do?

Fan may not even be spinning, Get it checked out by a PC store. It is only a recall product if HP has officially stated it is.
