Fan pull or blow?

My pc has no case fans so I decided to buy 2 , but the shop where I went to buy had no Y cable with 4 pins so I only bought 1 90mm for back , should I install it so that it can pull or blow air?

Exhaust fans should blow air to outside of the case!
