I have 3 arctic fans that I want to mount at the bottom of my case. To bring air into the case the fans should be mounted with the fan brackets facing up into the case. Is that correct?

ALSO: look closely at the outsides of the fan frames. MOST have two arrows on them. One points around the frame to indicate the direction of ROTATION of the fan blades. The other points THROUGH the fan to indicate direction of AIR FLOW.
