If you saw my post a few days ago , I said my fan that's on the radiator/pump is extremely loud. I later took out a hard drive and It stopped being loud. Just yesterday , it started again , and it's same thing: It slowly gets louder , and also gets louder depending the number and intensity of the programs I'm using. But , always , even if I'm not in a program , it always gets louder as time goes on. This computer is brand new , and there is no dust what so ever in the case and I've tried everything to make it stop?

Solution
Is sounds like your fan speed is increasing as your CPU temps are rising. Even during idle, your temps will slowly creep up to a certain point and level off. Your Pump/Rad combo sounds to be using PWM and it's adjusting based on your temps. Do you have a smaller case for your PC, or is there a lot of wiring around the CPU area? If your temps are fine, depending on your motherboard, you may be able go into your UEFI and disable the auto-fan controller or set a static speed so it runs at a constant speed all the time.

Okay , I tested the UEFI thing and it worked! Thanks a lot. I accidentally messed up , and I hit the enter key and that canceled the UEFI/BIOS . But when it booted up to Windows it wasn't loud! Anyways , thanks a lot
