Hey guys

Posted on another section of the forum yesterday about my CPU temps, another user suggested that one of my fans was interfering with the airflow for my CPU cooler. I've posted the photo below.

How would I go about removing this? I didn't build it (I bought it prebuilt) and I'm not very computer savvy, so I have no idea how to do this. My fans are the MetallicGear Skiron D-RGB 120mm Fan.

Another use also suggested I purchase some Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut for my CPU, would you recommend this as well?

The marked one should be turned off, taken out or reversed so it blows air in.
