Fan replacement for Frio silent 14

One of the fans for my cooler is making a loud noise and I think it is time to replace it. I could not find the replacement part for exactly this model, but I want to make sure of this: Can I use any fan model as long as it is 140 mm? I know it is a stupid question but I just want to make sure.

Sort of.
The fan you have is a 140mm with 120mm mounting holes.
A regular 140mm will not fit the mounting clips you have.
