Fan rpms and static pressure

Im looking to get lower temps for my system. I am cooling a titan x and a 5960x on the same loop. I have a pretty big radiator that has 4xCorsair Sp fans. While they do keep them relatively cool and they are very quiet i was curious if i increase the fan speeds would i see a real difference in temps? Im looking to overclock but under load my gpu starts to get into the 80's. So i was going to buy a fan controller and turn the speeds to max and see if it made a difference was just looking for other peoples input before i made the decision.

cant you adjust your fan speed either in the bios or with software for your motherboard?

At what speed are they running right now? If they are running at 40-60% then there will be a difference, however they will be louder. Also cant you turn them to full speed from your motherboard? Where are they connected to, why do you need a controller?

Im pretty sure there not plugged into the morherboard but into the psu.

If they are plugged into the PSU then they are running at 100% already.

may be you need a second radiator
