Okay so today I replaced the stock cooler with the hyper 212 evo and I replaced 2 of my case fans with Arctic Cooling f12 fans.

One fan is plugged into system fan on mono and other is plugged into my power supply.

One of the fans runs at 4500rpm on idle and the other at 1500rpm .

How can I fix the really fast fan ?

Also my CPU temp goes as low as 10 degrees Celsius on idle.

Is that too low ?

That is not too low, you should see how cold they get with extreme Over clocking with Liquid Nitrogen, its crazy. the fan thas going very fast, is that the one that's direct to the power supply? I am guessing that is the one, as the motherboard cant control voltage to it.

If it is you can get a Y cable and if they are close enough hook them both up to the motherboard. Noctura fans come with different cables that will only let so much juice goto it so you can select fanspeed/noise that way.

Its because the fan is connected to the power supply. Its getting a full 12V and is going to run full speed all of the time.

You can fix this by plugging the fan into your motherboard, or getting a fan controller.

Or as PapaWood said. get a Y cable and hook them both up to the same spot on the motherboard.

Is the fan that is supposedly running at 4500rpm making a ton more noise than any other fan? Others have stated that when plugged into the PSU the fan will run at max speed, but that doesn't change the fact that the fan you mentioned as a max speed of 1350rpm, so if it's not making a ton of noise I wouldn't worry about trying to hook it up to a fan controller.

20-23 degrees is a much more believable idle temp.

I unplugged the fan that was connected to the psu . But on speedfan it says 2 fans are running and that one fan is at 3600 rpm. I dont really understand speedfan .

Here is what it says:

Fan1:19rpm
fan2 3800
fan3 0
fan1 609
fan2 1563
fan3 0
fan4 0
fan5 0

also my pc is really noisy !

far noisier than the stock fans I had previously

I'm partial to Speedfan, my buddy had issues where it thought his fan must of been a helicopter.

Do you have any software that gives you fan speeds other that that, some motherboards will have a Suite you can install and report that info, or select profiles to lower the speeds/noise and let you choose when it needs to go full speed. Some fans are loud at full speed. Maybe reducing the speeds until a certain temp is reached is an option for you.
