[SOLVED] fan screw holes only on one side

hey i have two case fans and i’m trying to make one intake and one exhaust but they only have screw holes on one side. they’re both different brands too. there is a spot for the screw hole but the screw just slips through

Fans use large self threading screws that are different from the rest of the screws used on your PC. The holes that your current screws slip through are probably made for those screws.
