Question Fan section breaking off ?

The fan section on my Radeon rx 5700 xt has 4 plastic connectors to the card and two of them have broken, what do I do? My fans are not mounted to the cooling fins, they are mounted to the plastic covering that is for looks and that plastic covering is falling off, I have no idea what to do.

What model gpu is it? What exactly on the cover is breaking off, the plastic cover, the fans?
