FAN setup for Define r4 Window

Can the bottom hdd cage me rotated 90 degrees so that i could have good air if i added a 2nd fan to the front panel? Or would my psu size allow me to place a fan on the bottom between it and the lower cage?

2 x 140mm Fans are included - 1 at the front (that's all it takes) and 1 at the rear

The website say "Top HDD cage (5 trays total) can be rotated 90 degrees or removed for additional airflow or to accommodate long graphic cards up to 430mm in length"

When you say, "thats all it takes" do you mean that 2 fans is perfectly ok for my build and i dont need more? or do you mean it as the front can physically only hold 1 fan cause the website says the front has 2 120/140 fan mounts

If you have a look at the case spec you'll see only one front fan can be fitted to it

I ended up choosing the storm enforcer which has a 200m fan in front which is ample
