Hi again everyone,

My H110iv2 AIO CPU cooler died, and I currently have an H115i Pro on the way. Anyway, I’ve been a little confused about the best way to put my fans on my case (Corsair Air 540), as there seems to be no universal consensus on the best way to do it.

Anyway, I drew this up on my phone and just wanted to know if this would work as far as air flow goes. I’m trying to be as optimal as possible. Also, I’ve seen people place the fans on top of their radiators as well as below. Which is better? Beneath the radiator pulling air in or as an exhaust? Or on top of the radiator pulling air in and pushing it through the radiator into the case?

Thanks!

I have that same case, and the exact same airflow situation.
The only difference is the choice of radiator/liquid cooler.

I have a Cryorig A80 instead of your H115i.
Same size though.

Consider covering up the 4 large holes on the bottom. Either duct tape, or fashion a filter for it.
I used a Silverstone filter of 'almost' exactly the right size, and velcro.
