Question Fan speed at a certain tempreture

Hello guys,

I've got a pc with the following specs:

• Ryzen 3 1200 (cooled by the Cooler Master Masterair MA410P)
• Radeon RX570 4GB
• MSI B450-A Pro
• 1x8GG Vengeance 3000MHz

I would like to get some suggestions on what percentage of my fan's speed (cpu and chassis) I should use to keep the volume noises low but still get some good temperatures.

While playing Rainbow Six Siege CPU Temps are at maximum 38c / 100f and GPU Temps are at maximum 46c / 114f with my custom settings. On idle the CPU Temps are at around 32c/89f and GPU at around 43c/109f.
My fan configuration is one fan at the front as an intake, one as an exhaust in the back and one at the top as an exhaust too. My case if it matters is the Phanteks Eclipse P300.
