Question Fan speed changes for no reason

Ok so when I first got my computer the fans were fine they were funning fast after a couple month I noticed they were going slower so I went into BIOS and the Cpu fan was like 1200 rpm and the regualar fans were 800 rpm I changed them to full speed is that bad or good. When I played cold war I think my computer would overheat and smell like plastic cooking so I turned the fan speed up and it works fine now but im not sure if full speed is bad or not.The fans when they are on full speed they are 1800 cpu and 1200 other fans.

Have you ever checked the temps?

Leaving them on at full speed won't hurt anything but it might not be necessary.

when I play games that require a lot of usage my computer get really hot and my fans speed is not really normal compared to other peopel

There is very little "harm" from running the fans full speed all the time. The "harm" is: (a) uses a TINY bit more electricity;, and, (b) the fans will wear out faster and need replacement sooner - like, they may last 4 years instead of 5 or 6.
