Fan Speed Question

Hello,
I just bought one of these online to put in my home theatre PC as it's getting a bit too hot.
At what RPM do they run at? Hopefully 2000RPM... 1200 will do though. Would there be a way to speed them up?

It looks like a quite basic fan. The only way you will know is by checking the BIOS when you install it as it doesn't state what RPM it is capable of.
