fan speed really low

i got an acer e5-475 but when i play game the fan speed really low and quiet. i want to increase the fan speed to the max.can someone tell me how to change the speed?

gpu i5-7200u
gpu gt 940mx
ram 8gb ddr4

You have a laptop, and a relatively low end GPU on top. There's little point to increase fan speed as the card is unlikely to exhaust that much heat, and you aren't looking at squeezing much out of that card by overclocking. Just leave everything at default, why do you want more noise?

fan is really low and my cpu is like 80-90 Celcius
also gpu is 70-80 celcius
