OK, using a Vantec Nexus fan controller now for my two case fans and power supply(well, one case fan most of the time, only turn other one on when it's hot, or when I want the additional LEDs). Anyways, tht doesn't allow me to monitor the speeds on my fans anymore. I was wondering if there was a cable for the standard 3pin fan connectors that would have a two connectors so I can attach a regular three pin to the fan controller, and then even just a two pin monitoring connection(groudn and monitor wire) to the motherboard. Can have all three pins if necessary, will just clip pwoer line from mohterboard connection

Well, normally you can use a simple 3-pin to 4-pin adapter like this one. However, I'm not sure it works when you are using voltage control on fans. Email Nexfan and they can tell you.

If you choose to shop at Nexfan you might want to load up on OEM fans, fan screws, grills, assorted heatsinks, wire adpaters, cables, or whatever, because they fixed cost shipping ($6.99 USD). They have some great deals including a large assortment of HSFs.

I think Nexfan is US only though they don't explicitly state this in their shipping policy. Perhaps they are open to special arrangements.

Not quite what I need, but thanks for trying to help.

Fan has 3 pin connector, and fan controller uses three pin, so I needed a y cable that had one male 3 pin to plug the fan into, then two female three pins, one with all three wires to go to the fan controller, and one just with ground and monitoring to go to motherboard.

But I just whipped up some of my own, or rather, am in process, as soldering iron is heating up. THanks again for the help though
