Fan splitter PCB problems

Hi, I recently purchased this fan splitter (https://www.dazmode.com/store/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/564a54c2958079.30526690-600x600.jpg) to control 5 pwm fans.
Problem is that it didn't come with any cables or instructions.
This is my first time doing something like this and I have no clue which cable(s) to buy!

Just normal 4pin cables or 3pin if you don't need PWM control, most fans could be directly connected to it, On (master) cable goes from controller (either on MB or separate one) to middle connector on that splitter.

I can't edit my original post for some reason, but I forgot to mention, all my fans are pwm and I would like to control their speeds. I did some research last night and I am even more confused...will a single 4pin connected to the motherboard be enough to power 5 fans..? I stumbled across this (https://www.dazmode.com/store/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/564a54c2958079.30526690-600x600.jpg) and one of the pictures has a molex to female 4pin cable..

I just want to make sure because the female to female 4pin is expensive. ($20 for a single cable, what the heck) :/

Number of fans connected to one output on the MB depends on how much power they require (marked on them or in their specs) and how much power MB provides per header (should be in the manual). Some new MBs have a header for liquid cooler pumps and they cap provide twice or 3 times power of case fan headers. They are compatible with fans too.
If you can't swing that you may need powered fan hub, those are ones with Molex or SATA power connector.
