I am using the NZXT S340 elite and it has 4 chassis fan mounts, my mobo only has 3 case fan headers, unabling me to use all 4, I found this http://search.pccasegear.com/search?p=R&srid=S1-2SYDP&lbc=pccasegear&w=Fan%20splitter&url=https%3a%2f%2fwww.pccasegear.com%2fproducts%2f25679%2fsilverstone-black-100mm-pwm-fan-splitter-cable%2f&lgsku=25679&rk=2&uid=381085838&sid=2&ts=ajax&SLIPid=1499564106601&rsc=YDCda%3agrkvhcSrG6&method=and&isort=price&view=list
But i want to my mobo to automaticly control the speed depending on the temp which 3 pins do not allow! So is there any better solution to this? I am willing to spend $10 or less AUD dollars.

Solution
I think you got some bad info. 3 pins fans are DC - voltage controlled. While 4 pin fan s are pulse width modulated controlled. Both types can be controlled by most mobos. Thus, the fan splitter will work. Just don't mix a 3 pin and a 4 pin on the same splitter.
