Fan splitting and control

Hello!

I got a quick questions so I wont waste any money
I got 4 controllable fans (1 is cpu fan) but for some reason I can only control cha_fan2 and cpu_fan1 in my motherboard (asrock z170 pro4S).

So if I buy a fan splitter and do my 3 fans in cha_fan2 via the splitter can I control them? Its fine if I can control them only at the same procent (%).
