I've just built my gaming rig - i5 4690k 3.5ghz, gtx 970 SC, MSI Z97 Mobo, 16gb ram. The fans already make quite a lot of noise, but it's tolerable. However when loading up games one fan appears to become very load and annoying. For example loading up Sims 4 is fine, when actually playing it the sound suddenly starts and temporarily stops when clicking objects within the game. As far as I can tell it's not the CPU fan or the GPU as I've maxed them both temporarily and not achieved the same sound. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

The first instance is 7seconds in until aboout 16 and then again about 25 seconds in. They both start as soon as I click play on the sims 4 and stop when I go back to the main menu
