Fan to PSU not Working. Need Help.

I connected a 3 pin molex adaptor to psu from my side fan and it is not working. Did I do something wrong?

No, you didn't do anything wrong. But be sure the connections are secure. Molex connectors are sometimes hard to connect. Quite often one of the pins will push backwards out of the housing body. I've had that happen.

If all is good, try the fan on a MB fan header to be sure it works.
