[SOLVED] fan up or down?

hi guys,

im building a pc now and i wonder how i should put the psu. I mean should the fan be face up or face down? i will put the pc on a solid wooden table. ?My psu is corsair tx650m and my case is kolink observatory.

An image search for the case show slots in the bottom for the PSU air intake so the fan faces down. Is this how your case appears?
