So.. Im buying a evga 600w PSU,and I have a case where the psu mount location is on top, usually leaving the vent of the psu facing inside the case,is this okay? or when installing the new evga psu I should put the vent facing up, to the "upper wall"? I cannot change my case right now

Solution
If mounted at the top, and with no dedicated intake vent for the PSU, it should be pulling air from inside the case (ie facing down)

When bottom mounted, ideally you'd also mount it face-down, with a dedicated vent. In the event the system would be placed on carpet, or have very minimal clearance from which to draw air, facing up can make sense.
