Fan

My fan always runs at 2200+ rpm no matter what my cpu usage is.

i have an Abit ab9/pro motherboard and i looked around in the bios and see no option to make it use less.

Theres a uguru utlity when i start up but it doesn't let me lower it from what i can see.

Well i don't really have any money to spend right now.

Is there not a way to change it with software or in bios that i'm not seeing?
