Hi,yday i was playing browser game on chrome and suddenly my laptop got some sounds. I restarted and it displayed tha https://ibb.co/Z13hTZW
Bu my laptop wasn t even hot
Is it dangerous? I can upload video of noise
It s i5 8300h

That is telling you a cooling fan has stopped working and that is potential dangerous for the laptop. You could try taking the laptop apart and giving it a good clean encase a build up of dust is blocking the fan, otherwise you may need to replace the fan. If the laptop is under warranty don’t take it apart as this may void the warranty, contact HP support.
