Fanless cooler for p4 2.4 ghz

I am going to water cool my new gaming system. I would like to keep my old system as a web/database server. One of my main goals in water cooling is reducing noise. Is there a fanless cooler for the p4 2.4 available? I would rather not spend the money on a loop for the old system.

I was going to use this power supply for the old system:

Will it run the system? Going to go with onboard video.

why fanless? my CPU fan is un-noticible even at full RPM's.....

@OP: Why not run stock cooler? The Intel stock cooler is one of the least noisy HSFs.
