Fans always running on full help!

Hi my motherboard has 3 4 pin fan connectors and the cpu fan connector. I have a cpu fan and 4 3 pin fans. So I bought the phanteks fan hub but it says to plug that in to cpu fan connector but if I do that where do I put the cpu fan plug?

These fans are quite annoying when on full constantly please help.

Restart your pc or turn on then as soo. As you start it keep pressing delete till a screen pops up press F12 or whatever it is to go into the BIOS and go in to the category for fan speed controlling setting stuff if you cant find it read your motherboards manual
